Artist Uday Goswami was born in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, in 1983. He completed his graduation in 2007 and post-graduation in 2009 from Government College of Fine Arts, Gwalior. Uday draws inspiration from the beauty inherent in existence, expressing it through artworks characterized by enhanced color and contrast. Embracing simple compositions, his art assigns a central role to pulsating life that perseveres despite challenges, serving as a poignant reminder of the inexhaustible joy of life. Throughout his artistic journey, Uday has participated in numerous group shows in India and overseas, earning recognition through various prestigious awards. Notable accolades include the Art Symposium Sobljak Bogatic Serbia, 6th Bullurus Symposium Egypt 2019, M.P. State Award 2014, YICCA Award Italy 2012, Raza Award Bhopal 2011, Junior Fellowship from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India 2011, and SCZCC Nagpur in 2010, among others.
